Our before-care and after-care program is called Child Watch. Morning Child Watch runs from 7 am to the start of school and afternoon Child Watch runs from the end of school to 6 pm. It is available to all students.

RCS participates in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP): Students qualify for free lunches in households receiving benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or Ohio Works First (OWF) regardless of income. Students qualify for free meals if the household income falls within the limits of the Federal Income Guidelines. Applying is easy! Simply fill out an application and return it to the main office (refer to the documents and forms page for the application or request one in the main office). Applications are available beginning July 1 for the upcoming school year and you can apply at any time during the school year.
